Being a conscious heart is to become a Zorba Buddha.
My path, up until two years back, was devoted to the creation of ideas and concepts through photography, books, or ads in the fields of arts and commerce, working as a creative director in Paris.
In 2019, just before the lockdown, a severe family crisis shook my foundations and the values of my very existence, making me question my life choices and lifestyle and driving me to increase my weekly yoga practices to daily ones, eventually leading me to the ANS ashram in the southern French Alps, to learn the sacred practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Whilst for many years, I would have avoided pain by hiding behind a drink, or a substance, I decided to STOP the toxic cycle and allow my body to feel the pain and enable my soul to heal, not by going outwards, but by moving IN to find a way through.
Today, my dream is to create not via concepts but via unions,
Unions that enhance one’s own life experience whether via a practice, a retreat in a sacred space in the Mediterranean, or simply by sharing through the Zorba_Buddha community.
After living in France for the last 17 years, I have now relocated to Greece, the land of wisdom and beauty, to lead yoga retreats in some of the high-energy spots of the Mediterranean.
